Willamina FFA to hold raffle at annual dinner The 37th annual Willamina FFA banquet will be held Thursday at the Willamina Middle School cafetor- ium. The ham dinner is set to begin at 7 p.m. No admission is charged for the banquet, but fund-raising raffle tick- The program includes presenta- tion of awards and a recognition of FFA members from the class of 1966. The chapter will also install offi- cers for 1991-92. The new officers are Chris Michael, president; Jullie Jackson, ets are available from FFA members vice president; Will Kirkham, and will he sold at the door. Cost is secretary; Matt Dickey, treasurer; $5 for one, $10 for three and $20 for Tony Wharff, reporter; Amber Lit- seven. Mendenhall Aaron Mendenhall has been cal- led to serve a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints in Montevideo, Uruguay. Aaron, the son of Walt and Toni Mendenhall, will first go to the missionary training center in Prove, Utah, on May 29. While there, he will undergo two months of inten- sive training in Spanish. Following his training, Mendenhall, will go directly to the Uruguay mission. Mendenhall is a 1990 graduate of Willamina High School and has recently completed his freshman year at Brigham Young University.
